The short answer is yes! The art exercises are designed to be both accessible and meaningful. No matter what happens on the page, it's sure to reflect something of personal value.
Feel free to contact me and let's discuss how we can make this a comfortable experience for you. I've designed this course to be meaningful for people aged 12-100, and had in mind those with some physical limitations.
No. It's important you feel the freedom to express whatever you wish in your journal. Sometimes it helps to share that with others provided you feel safe to do so. To that end, there is an optional "Gallery Walk" at the end of each class session.
The class will be recorded and you will have access for up to a month after the course ends.
If you have a work group, family group, or friend group that is interested in this class or any that I offer, contact me. I can travel within the San Francisco Bay Area and come to you with supplies.
