Questions and Answers
This course is designed around using a physical journal. That being said, if you know of an app that you are comfortable that would be fine. Some research suggests that typing and writing are both beneficial journaling methods.
No. It's important you feel the freedom to express whatever you wish in your journal without the pressure of having to perform. Sometimes it helps to share with others provided you feel safe to do so. Other times it may be best to keep your journaling close for further processing.
A journaling app that is password protected might be an option for you. Or, keeping your journal in a locked filing cabinet or box is another. Other creative solutions might come to mind with a bit of research and thought!

A class summary and explanation of exercises will be available online after class.
