Live Online Class Cancellation Policy
A full refund is issued when course registration is cancelled more than 7 days before the start date of the course.
If you cancel 24 hours to 7 days before the course start date, there is a 50% cancellation fee. In some cases the cancellation fee may be waived if the registration is able to be transferred to another course.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time of the course, the course fee is non-refundable.
1:1 Coaching and imPROMPTu Studio Cancellation Policies (In person or Online)
Please contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you do not show up for your appointment/studio time or do not cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled time, we will consider that a no-show.
We do not refund prepaid no-show appointments. We understand that sometimes extenuating circumstances require last minute cancellations and will consider rescheduling on a case by case basis.
Self-paced Online Courses
Full refund if requested within 3 days of purchase.
In-person Courses

Offroad Seminars Cancellations
Offroad Seminars may from time to time find it necessary to cancel a classroom course, live online course, or webinar. In such cases, your registration fee will be fully refunded.
