Frequently Asked Questions
The short answer is yes! The art exercises are designed to be both accessible and meaningful. No matter what happens on the page, it's sure to reflect something of personal value.
No. It's important you feel the freedom to express whatever you wish in your journal. Sometimes it helps to share that with others provided you feel safe to do so. To that end, there is an optional "Gallery Walk" at the end of each class session.
Feel free to contact me and let's discuss how we can make this a comfortable experience for you. I've designed this course to be meaningful for people aged 12-100, and had in mind those with some physical limitations.
It's true some people visualize in their mind's eye better than others. But, that doesn't equate with a lack of imagination. You can think of my classes as a training ground for exercising the imagination. You may not be recognizing the imagination that you have.
If there is room, you are welcome to make up the class in a future Color Archetypes course.
Let me know if you are interested in an online version of this class. As soon as I have enough students, I'll offer it.
